Faiza Bhatti and Amanda Costabile work with a variety of clients who are currently going through challenging life experiences such as, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-compassion, work-life balance, interpersonal problems, loss, caregiver distress and general personal well-being.

Counselling / Psychotherapy

Counselling offers clients a space to be honest with themselves and to work on things in their life where they experience struggle, hurt or pain. Faiza works alongside her clients, supporting them without judgment. She uses a variety of therapies, such as: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Strength-Based, Behaviourism and Grief counselling. She works with children to the elderly.
