Her technique involves Swedish and deep tissue massage. She has additional training in lymphatic massage technique. Tracy has experience treating babies, children, pregnant women, athletes and the elderly. Her focus is to help people lead a healthy and balanced life.

Margaret is a former Registered Nurse. She is a graduate of the ICT Kikkawa Collage for Massage Therapy in Toronto and Hatha Yoga Teaching Program at the Sheridan Collage. Her technique involves Swedish massage, Thai Yoga massage, deep tissue trigger point and sport's massage. She is certified in several other modalities that she combines to create a unique and personal treatment. She can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued, sore muscles post-workout, stretch tight areas or improve function of joints. She can work with you on injury rehabilitation, assist in the relief of migraines and tension headaches. Margaret's mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A firm believer in the inseparable connection between body and mind, Margaret is an advocate of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.

Carolyn has always been passionate about massage therapy. Although raised in Oakville, she graduated from Georgian College in Barrie and qualified for her certification exams as a Registered Massage Therapist. She enjoys applying the appropriate knowledge and wide range of techniques to meet each client's individual health needs. When Carolyn isn't working, she enjoys cooking, playing volleyball and spending time with friends and family. Her warm-hearted personality and commitment to health make her an outstanding health professional.

Dr. Anita Chopra D.C., B.A. graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls in July 2011. While in New York, she completed her internship at the New York Chiropractic College Levittown Health Centre in Levittown, NY. Prior to obtaining her Doctorate she completed her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Western Ontario in London, ON. Dr. Chopra is licensed to practice in Ontario through the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. In addition to being able to practice in Ontario, she has completed her Board Examinations to practice in the US.

She is happy to be serving the communities in which she grew up in by working with patients of all ages - infants to adults. Dr. Anita uses a variety of techniques including manual adjusting, mobilization, soft tissue release, exercise rehabilitation, Drop table, Activator and now Dr. Anita is Webster Technique certified. Dr. Anita Chopra is focused on the promotion of health and wellness, and the prevention of illness. Her goal is to optimize your health and wellness and get you to work at your maximum potential.

Sunita is a Homeopathic doctor and Holistic Nutritionist.  Co-author of family cookbook, “Feed Me...I’m Hungry” named after her children’s’ favorite phrase.  Sunita for years suffered with migraine headaches; she tried Homeopathic medicines, and diet & lifestyle changes to find some relief.  After this change she lost 15 lbs, her energy increased, and hasn’t had a migraine for 10 years now. This great healing is what made her decide to study Nutrition and Homeopathy, now she is dedicated to helping her clients reach their optimum health and nutritional goals.  As she was changing her diet she became more and more fascinated with how to stay young and disease free. Julie Barasevic

Julie Barasevic

Julie completed her Masters of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University with a clinical focus in counselling individuals, families, and couples. She offers a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere for her clients to have the space to be comfortable to be themselves. She uses a variety of therapies to see which ones best suits her clients: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Grief Therapy and Strengths-Based Therapy. She has additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for clients who have experienced trauma. Julie also offers Hypnotherapy for a variety of goals: weight management, smoking cessation, stress management, pain management, birthing & hypnosis, pediatric hypnosis, past life regression and life between lives hypnosis. She also has additional training using Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Julie lives a positive, mindful life, and appreciates nature, animals and yoga.

Now a proud Canadian Citizen, Jackie moved to Canada from the UK in October 2004 with her family. In her free time she enjoys walking her golden retriever, reading, swimming and traveling.
